These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all website development and related digital services provided by GoTech Digi (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any client (“you”, “client”, “user”). By accepting a quotation, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Scope of Work
All services will be delivered as per the quotation or written agreement. Any additional feature, change, or revision outside the original scope shall be treated as a new task and billed separately.

2. Client Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:

Providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, videos, etc.)

Ensuring all content provided is owned or licensed by you

Reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timelines

We do not verify content for originality, accuracy, or legal compliance.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee:

Any particular traffic, SEO ranking, or business result

Continuous uptime, error-free performance, or future compatibility

That the website will be immune to security vulnerabilities

4. Use of Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party services (e.g., plugins, APIs, themes, fonts, hosting). We are not responsible for the behavior, availability, updates, pricing, or licensing of these services.

5. Payment Terms
All payments are non-refundable, under any circumstances

Work begins only after an agreed advance payment

No credentials or deliverables will be shared until full payment is received

6. Post-Delivery Support
Post-launch bug fixes (for issues within original scope) are offered for 7 calendar days only. Ongoing support, security, backups, or updates require a separate maintenance contract.

7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website files created exclusively for the project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold GoTech Digi, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from:

Any content provided by you

Use of the website for illegal, misleading, or harmful activities

Any third-party disputes or intellectual property issues

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTech Digi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement after changes implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

Acceptance of Terms
By accepting any quotation, proposal, or making an advance payment to GoTech Digi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
